These terms govern your use of the OKRA Tech Labs website and any enquiry you submit through it. Please read them before using the site.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing www.okracompany.com or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Definitions
“OKRA”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean OKRA Tech Labs LLP, a limited liability partnership based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with an additional office at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. “Site” means this website and its pages and forms. “You” means anyone who accesses the Site. “Services” means the AI, engineering, and related work we describe on the Site and deliver under a separate agreement.
Our services
The Site describes the work we do — AI agents and automation, applied AI and custom models, software and product engineering, vision systems, and marketing and content systems. Descriptions, case studies, and figures on the Site are provided for information and do not form a promise, quote, or guarantee of any specific result. Any work we do for you is defined by a separate written agreement, not by the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or submit an enquiry. If you use the Site for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to act on its behalf.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation.
- Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information without permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
- Introduce malware, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Site’s operation.
- Copy, resell, or reuse Site content except as allowed below.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the OKRA name and marks — belong to OKRA or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share the Site for personal or internal business use, but you may not reproduce, republish, or exploit it commercially without our written permission.
This section covers the Site itself. Ownership of work we build for clients is handled in your engagement agreement — where, consistent with how we operate, source, models, and outputs are yours.
Client engagements
Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract or oblige either side to proceed. Any engagement begins only when we both sign a separate agreement (for example a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and where relevant a Data Processing Agreement). If those documents conflict with these Terms for the work in question, those documents govern.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site’s own terms.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on it is complete or current. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OKRA and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to the Site is limited to INR 10,000 or the amount you paid us for access to the Site, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OKRA harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
