OKRA Tech Labs LLP (“OKRA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI product and engineering firm based at Solaris Business Hub, Sola Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380063, India, with an additional office at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, and serving clients globally. Our full address is given in section 13. This policy applies to www.okracompany.com and any related pages, forms, and communications we operate.
For work delivered under a signed contract, the data terms in that contract (MSA/DPA) govern; this policy covers our website and general enquiries.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the site.
Information you give us
When you submit the enquiry form or email us, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email address, industry, the type of work you need, engagement type, timeline, company size, preferred contact method, and anything you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we may collect limited technical data when you visit — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location derived from your IP. This is used for security and to understand how the site is used.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through this site, and we ask that you do not include it in the message field.
How we use your information

We operate from India and work with clients and providers in other countries, so your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place — such as standard contractual clauses — before transferring personal data across borders.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, if we begin working together, for the life of that relationship plus any period the law requires. If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete or anonymise it within 12 months.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data — including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will act promptly and notify you and any regulator where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your data, or ask us to stop using it.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights (under the DPDP Act), and complain to a supervisory authority.

Children
Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
